Yes, all products are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden to Denmark.

Orders of 650.00 DKK or more qualify for free shipping to Denmark. Delivery time may vary between 3–7 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email or SMS. You can use this tracking code to track your package online. All packages to Denmark are trackable.
What should I do if I experience delays or problems with shipping?
We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or other factors beyond our control. If you experience issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the matter.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received: unopened, unused, with intact seals, and in the original packaging. Please contact us first at contact@hellomybeauty.se before returning any items.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we have received your request, we will send a confirmation email with instructions. After we have received, inspected, and approved the returned items, the value of the returned goods will be refunded. Processing time is approximately 5 business days from receipt. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Returns from Denmark: Returns from Denmark are not covered by us and must be paid for by the customer. Please send the return package to: HelloMyBeauty AB, Vikdalsgränd 10 A, 131 51 Nacka, Sweden. Include your order number and inform us via the contact form or email before shipping.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to receive the desired product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se.

We will refund the price of the product(s) if items are not collected after delivery. Please note that the refund only covers the product price and not shipping costs.
