What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, with intact seals, and in its original packaging. Always contact us first at contact@hellomybeauty.se before sending an item back.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@hellomybeauty.se with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is registered, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions. After we have received and approved the returned items, the amount will be refunded via the payment method you used for your purchase. It may take a few days for the transaction to appear in your account.

The processing time for returned items is usually 5 business days from receipt. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Return shipping from Denmark

Returns from Denmark are not covered by us and are at your own expense. Please send your return package to:

Damaged or incorrect items

Always inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Sale items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items purchased on sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the current one and then place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded via the payment method you used for the purchase.
